As many of us have been talking about health and fitness together lately, I thought I might share my favorite Zumba workout with you all. We all know that physical health is INCREDIBLY important for too many reasons to list here, but our physical health is also important with regard to our sex lives. Physical health impacts our stamina, our flexibility, our endurance (it’s not easy to take a hard spanking or to spend any length of time on your knees delivering an awesome blowie). Getting enough regular exercise also affects how we feel about ourselves…and who doesn’t want to feel more sexually desirable, aroused, and sexually satisfied? And guys, regular exercise is also associated with improved sexual function (lower risk of erectile dysfunction)….just sayin’ 🙂
If you have a medical condition, aren’t currently exercising, aren’t educated about physical fitness, or if you have a lot of weight to lose…please, always consult with your doctor prior to adopting a new fitness routine. I will share that my personal fitness routine includes cardio and strength training. Daddy and I are blessed to have a home gym, so I spend a fair amount of time on the treadmill and elliptical. I also enjoy step aerobics with light weights, kettlebell workouts, and lately… ZUMBA dance aerobics!
