I have a friend.
She’s a special friend, who is both beautiful and smart.
Yesterday, she wrote me a mantra, and it was so moving that it brought tears to my eyes. It is perfect.
I’d like to share my mantra with my friends and readers now.
I am Nora.
Clever and beautiful,
Enveloped by love,
Motivated to healing myself,
Wife, lover and friend,
I am extraordinary.
I will recite my mantra every day, for thirty days, as promised.
I leave you with this quote, my friends…
“Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.” ~ Ranier Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

With love and in deep reflection,
Nora
A mantra is so important. My submissive has one. I wrote for him. He says it daily. When things feel too stressful he writes it out. He has found calm and centering from it.

Thank you for sharing this! I think writing it out by hand might be a good practice for me as well, so thank you for the suggestion😘

Thank you, Selina! Great to hear from you. The act of her creating this for me made me feel very special. And, it just reminded me of when I wrote you that bedtime story! 🙂

Having a mantra is a great idea! Our inner selves tend to get… lost in the day to day stuff we go through and sometimes we kinda forget who we are, what we’re about, and that which means so much to us. It provides a focus – a connection to self.

That is a nice mantra. It is self affirming and therefore very positive. It suits you. Stay safe
